As a young company, BBI has been going near three-years across a fruitful way. We provided service for Novo Nordisk with competence model application and team building; Our consultants successfully passed BMW’s evaluation and became the first providing consulting service for BBA; Our consultants provided also sales manager assessment center service for BMW’s distributors in China and became BMW’s appointed consultants of Distributor Development Department and Training College; Our senior consultants provided services for Sina.com with performance integration system, procurement flow optimization, competence model building, core talent assessment, and development plan execution.

During the three years, we have been following our core value, and contributing to Human Resources field’s development. We developed, and promoted a series of training such as Lead to Internal Consultant and TNA Workshop, together with Zhaopin.com, in order to push the industry’s growth and development.

Meanwhile, with our business’s quick development, our team is becoming more and more mature. Our sales consultants were highly valued and have all an excellent reputation. Our new business orders often come from our client’s recommendation, all of which are a reflection of our service conception of performance focused, building partnership with clients, and for client’s high performance.
