| BBI consulting provided the Effective Communication training to our technical, customer service and sales staff. We have run two sessions till today. | After learning strategic thinking in this course I understand more in its importance. In the past of my life and work, it was always not clear, which are judgments, which are facts, which is feeling, and which are needs. I confused them and, thus, made communication wastefully. The result was that often the wrong way has been taken and not the way to the purpose. Furthermore, I have learned to express my opinion and myself. My colleagues tell me that I am now more open than before. Much more important is to know, how to design job descriptions. It must be realized by behavior language not only coxcombical words. Also, It¡¯s not single dimensional but multiple dimensional. Only by this way, we could enhance execution and reduce the possible supposition. The training is practical and effective.
